After almost two months of research, the application of the proprietary algorithm created by ITALIAN WINE CRYPTO BANK, the first Wine Bank in the world based on blockchain and cryptocurrencies, has pre-selected the first three hundred wineries. These are those that have wines with a score of at least 100 points with the top of the class also reaching 320 points. “In any case, the average is made up of wines with a score between 140 and 160 points”, explains Davide Casalin, head of IWCB relations with the cellars. The algorithm, which has been applied to about 800 wines so far, is based on a total of 17 parameters, including the “drinking window” of the wine, the scores of International critics and the trend of its price. The three hundred wineries selected will now be individually invited to join the Bank. Joining the Bank is free of charge for the winery which, in addition to seeing its wines in the Bank’s portfolio that can be purchased with cryptocurrencies, receives numerous other benefits.
