Italian and international media, including Ansa, Corriere della Sera, Repubblica, il Sole 24 ore, Wine News, Dissapore, Scatti di gusto, Italia a Tavola, Hotel news and many others have highlighted the presence in the event of some exceptional wines from Argiano, Marchesi Mazzei, Podere La Regola, Michele Satta and Tua Rita wineries (see list below).
They have been the protagonists of the dine, wine and art experience in which the Heinz Beck (La Pergola, Waldorf Astoria Rome***) NFT was minted, the first in the world created by a three Michelin Star Chef. Hosted at the Social by Heinz Beck restaurant in the Waldorf Astoria The Palm Dubai (UAE) the experience was promoted by the Italian Wine Crypto Bank (IWCB) and Crypto Dinewineart, which specialises in the creation of NFTs linked to the luxury dine and wine experience (the first one was Ciao Bella!)
The minting of this NFT has been very special because includes an artwork realised by the same Heinz Beck, who before becoming a chef wanted to be a painter. During the dinner the artwork was destroyed to be immortalised only in the blockchain and in the 35 copies of the NFT.
