This is the NFT (Non-Fungible Token) that celebrates the 13th Italian Cuisine World Summit and the 7th Week of Italian Cuisine in the World. It is the first time ever NFT created for such an event and represents the idea of the souvenir in the WEB3.0 era. NFTs are a bit like the original diplomas of the past or the parchments with seals: they have the advantage of being indelible, non-manipulable and protected by the blockchain technology. They are described as PoA (Proof of Attendance in English) destined to also become collector’s items. This NFT is free and can be obtained only until the 5th of December 2022
