At 10 day from the start IWB token trading in Latoken the Italian Wine Crypto Bank (IWCB) feels that is important to release the following clarifications:
- the IWB tokens purchased during the IEO and after are redeemable at any moment in fine wines stocked by the IWCB, at their official nominal value as per the Whitepaper, that is 0.50 USD per each token, regardless its value on the market. Therefore no one of its Believers (past, present and future) is worse off.
- IWB holders can also either be eligible to Cash-X-wine options (when available) or ask the IWCB to sell in its marketplace, on their behalf, the wines attained with the token redemptions (conditions apply).
- Any trading performance of the IWB token under the 0,50 USD threshold has no rational and/or economic sense. It is perhaps a reflection of a typical naivety of a market perhaps not yet used to the innovative nature of the IWCB and the real guarantees involved.
- Withholding / staking IWB tokens in general is always a good option for IWCB Believers since they represent a portion of the IWCB stock of fine and rare wines that increase their value with time.
